Consulting & development
From the first idea to the production-ready part, we support you with material selection, feasibility and design implementation.
Mould making & mould transfer
We realise customer-specific injection moulds together with experienced mould-making partners and support you through the entire process, from design and mould construction including sampling through to production readiness. We are also happy to take over existing injection moulds, including inspection and maintenance.

Together we examine which material suits your product: from classic plastics through bioplastics to alternative materials.
Series production in injection moulding
With modern injection moulding machines we produce reliably and economically, from smaller batches to ongoing series production. Production volumes in the millions are part of our everyday business.
Quality & sensitive applications
Defined processes, documented quality standards and hygiene-conscious production also make products for sensitive applications and for food contact possible. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Packaging & finishing

Modern materials, wide-ranging possibilities
We process proven, bio-based and alternative materials, and we already use sustainable material solutions in series production. At the same time we follow new developments on the materials market and evaluate innovative compounds and material concepts for injection moulding.

Proven plastics offer a broad range of properties and are suitable for numerous series applications. Depending on the part, we select the right material in terms of strength, temperature, appearance, food contact and cost-effectiveness.
Bio-based plastics
Renewable raw materials as an alternative to fossil feedstocks.
These include, for example, PLA-based materials or bio-PE. Depending on the material type, they can partly or fully replace conventional plastics in suitable applications.

Bio-based plastics are wholly or partly derived from renewable raw materials. Depending on the material type, high bio-based contents, industrial compostability or processing properties similar to those of classic thermoplastics are possible. We already use a PLA-based material permanently in our series production.

New material concepts can combine bio-based polymers with natural constituents such as wood, minerals or fibres. Depending on the material type, very high to fully bio-based contents, compostability, a natural look and feel, suitability for food contact, recyclability or, depending on the material type, increased heat resistance are possible.
