Dosing spoons in series, for food contact
We produce our dosing spoons in large quantities under defined, hygiene-conscious conditions for applications involving food contact. Series volumes in the millions are part of our everyday production.

Insights into our practice

01
We produce our dosing spoons in large quantities under defined, hygiene-conscious conditions for applications involving food contact. Series volumes in the millions are part of our everyday production.

02
Different volumes, special designs and versions can be realised on a project basis. From small dosing quantities to larger variants, we develop and produce to suit the particular application. Individual solutions and new product ideas that we bring to production readiness together with our customers are of particular interest to us.

03
Colour, material, marking and engraving can be tailored individually to the product. Logos, lettering, volume markings or other identifiers can be applied directly to the part via the injection mould.

A particular focus of our production is on hygiene-conscious products for sensitive applications, above all on dosing aids and dosing spoons made from sustainable and bio-based materials for food contact. This area currently forms an important part of our core business. Beyond that we also develop and produce technical components, closures, functional parts and individual custom solutions by injection moulding. In principle we can realise almost anything that can be produced economically by injection moulding within the technical and geometric capabilities of our machines. We support you from the first idea through to the finished series product.
A particular focus for us is on bio-based and resource-efficient materials. We already use PLA-based plastics permanently in series production. At the same time we follow material developments continuously and evaluate new bio-based, sustainable and alternative material solutions for their suitability for injection moulding. Beyond that we of course also process proven standard and engineering plastics such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC and PA, as well as filled or reinforced compounds. In principle we can use a wide variety of thermoplastic materials, provided they are suitable for the particular application and for our injection moulding processes.
The sensible quantity depends on the product, the material, the mould and the commercial conditions. In principle both smaller runs and very large quantities are possible. A particular focus for us is reliable series production, including quantities of several million parts per year.
Yes. We can process plastics in almost any colour you wish, from natural materials without additional colouring through to individual colours to RAL or other colour specifications. Bio-based plastics can also be coloured, depending on the material type. With alternative materials containing natural constituents such as wood, minerals or fibres, the material's own colour and structure can give rise to certain visual particularities.
Yes. Logos, lettering, symbols, date markings or other identifiers can be applied directly to the part via the injection mould. Interchangeable inserts for different engravings or variants are also possible on request. Depending on the product, further finishing options such as pad printing, screen printing or other post-processing methods are available.
Yes. Depending on the stage of development, we can produce 3D-printed samples for an initial assessment of shape, size and handling. Once the mould has been built, we of course also produce injection moulded samples from the production mould. For special projects, individual prototype solutions are possible in addition.
Yes, provided the material and the application are designed for it. For products with food contact we take the relevant EU requirements into account and work with defined hygiene and quality processes. Any necessary laboratory testing and declarations of conformity are addressed according to the particular application.
Through regular, documented quality checks during the running process. Dimensions, weight, visual inspection and, for dosing products, the relevant fill volume are checked and compared against the specified tolerances. In this way we ensure consistent quality across the series.
Yes. On request we organise the complete delivery to your premises. With reliable logistics partners we ensure timely and secure dispatch. As a rule our quotations already include delivery; any differing delivery terms we agree with you individually.
